Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision, to support and develop your practice
I have 13 years of counselling experience, with adults, children and young people, in a range of environments : community charitable agencies, independent fee-paying schools, independent schools (for those unable to attend mainstream education), as well as private practice.
I am an accredited and registered counsellor with the ACC – Association of Christians in Counselling, and am qualified in CBT Counselling and Children & Young People’s Counselling. I offer an integrative counselling approach.
I have a PgCert in Clinical Supervision with the University of Derby and have experience supervising counsellors working in private practice, in schools’ work, and in a voluntary capacity for the third sector.
I work according to the Discrimination Model of Supervision (Bernard), but also find CBT approaches of collaborative agenda-setting, and ongoing review and evaluation to be beneficial.
I am passionate about the value of individual supervision to enable counsellors a safe space for reflective practice, and to support you to develop according to your interests, strengths and goals.
Do get in touch, to enquire about clinical supervision and how I can support you to become the counsellor you seek to be.
